MBA-HRD

(Human Resource Development) 

In 1986, the institute started the MPM Course (presently known as MBA-HRD) under the Faculty of Management and affiliated with Pune University.

Eligibility for MBA-HRD

• Candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree from a recognized university (appearing candidates are also eligible).
• Students should have secured a minimum 50% aggregate in graduation (45% in case of reserved category).
• Candidates must have valid MAH CET/CMAT/CAT.
• Admissions under Foreign Nationals/PIO/Children of Employee in Gulf/NRI Category: International students with a valid bachelor’s degree or equivalent can apply. They must complete all formalities stipulated by the concerned authorities.

To develop strong people management and organizational development skills. To build expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategies for business growth.
